Bob Mohr

Bob Mohr is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in the acquisition and development of diverse property types. As Chairman of Mohr Capital since 2002, Bob has led the firm, which specializes in large corporate office, industrial, retail, hotel, and healthcare projects, utilizing a unique family office structure and in-house capital to ensure efficient project execution. Additionally, Bob founded Mohr Partners, Inc. in 1986 and has served as Chairman and CEO, guiding the company to become the largest wholly owned U.S. commercial real estate firm. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA from the University of Evansville.
