Dr. Alexandra Deichsel

Dr. Alexandra Deichsel is a seasoned data analytics professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics. Currently serving as a Data Analytics Engineer and Chapter Lead for Business Analytics at MOIA since July 2023, Dr. Deichsel previously held leadership roles at join.com and Project A Ventures, where responsibilities included team management, data infrastructure project management, and KPI reporting. Dr. Deichsel's early career involved roles at ResearchGate and Treat and Travel GmbH, focusing on data analysis and product management. Academic credentials include a PhD in Molecular Biology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Diploma in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Bayreuth, complemented by further studies at Leiden University and The Philipp University of Marburg.
