Sophie Milliken

Sophie Milliken MBE serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Moja since February 2022 and is the host of the top UK marketing podcast, Beyond the Bio. Milliken functions as an angel investor at ScoreApp and contributes as a columnist and ambassador for Elite Business. Additionally, Milliken works as a coach for Dent Global and is the director of City Ladies Networking in Newcastle. Previously, Milliken founded and managed SRS Recruitment and Employability Experts, led the Get A Graduate Job initiative, and held significant roles at John Lewis Partnership. Education credentials include a PhD in Female Entrepreneurship from Durham University Business School, an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University, and a BA in Retail Management from Leeds Beckett University.
