Mega Novia Andriani

Mega Novia Andriani is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at MOJI since April 2018, Mega has held various HR roles including Human Resources Officer and Finance & HRGA Administrator. Previously, Mega worked as a Human Resources Supervisor and Officer at Oshop, a member of EMTEK, from October 2018 to June 2023, and also gained experience as a Social Media Admin at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) from May 2017 to March 2018. Mega holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in August 2016.
