Dr. Cassandra Spearman Ed.d

Dr. Cassandra Spearman Ed.D currently serves as the Executive Director of Student Services for Belton ISD since August 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Spearman held various positions including Elementary Principal at Killeen ISD from May 2017 to August 2021, Principal at Christian County School Corporation from May 2014 to May 2017, and Elementary Principal at FCSD from July 2012 to May 2014. Additional experience includes positions as Elementary Principal at Killeen ISD, Assistant Principal at George E. Washington Elementary, and Elementary Teacher with the Hawaii State Department of Education. Dr. Spearman began a career in education as a Substitute Teacher at First United Methodist Church. Education credentials include a Doctorate in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University, two Master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Armstrong State University.
