Mijke van Wijk

Mijke van Wijk is an experienced investigative journalist and presenter with a diverse background in radio, podcasting, and documentary production. Currently, Mijke van Wijk works as an Onderzoeksjournalist and verslaggever for Pointer Radio at KRO-NCRV, focusing on various research projects and podcast production. Previous roles include researcher and reporter for VPRO, where Mijke van Wijk produced impactful reportages on topics such as the rebuilding of Mayschoss, Germany, and the illegal trade of protected plants. Mijke van Wijk's extensive experience also includes hosting and editing roles for NTR, contributing to programs such as Mijke & Co Live! and presenting the NTR Podcast Prize. With a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and research experience at York University in Health Psychology, Mijke van Wijk integrates academic insights into multimedia storytelling.
