Marina Perla

Marina Perla has had a diverse range of work experiences. Marina is currently working at Chief as a Member starting in 2023. Before that, they founded Mojo Trek in 2017 and served as the CEO & Founder. At Mojo Trek, they focused on skills-based assessment in recruiting and redefining how companies build teams. Prior to that, Marina worked at Forte Group from 2011 to 2017, starting as an Account Manager and progressing to VP of Sales. In this role, they oversaw a team of five people and was responsible for sales and marketing. Additionally, Marina founded Softal Technologies in 2010 and served as the CEO & Founder. Marina provided software consulting services and managed day-to-day operations and business development.

Marina Perla completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Translation and Interpretation Studies at South Ural State University from 2001 to 2005. Marina then pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management between 2011 and 2013.
