Aszure Gray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aszure is currently working as the Chief Growth Officer at Mojo Up Marketing + Media since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ML Talent Strategies, starting as the Vice President of Business Development from October 2019 to December 2020. Aszure then became the Chief Revenue Officer & Partner from December 2020 to April 2023. Before that, Aszure worked at ADVISA, where they held various roles including Senior Leadership Consultant from June 2018 to October 2019, Senior Management Consultant from November 2015 to June 2018, Management Consultant from October 2008 to November 2015, and Sales Manager from May 2006 to October 2008. Additionally, they worked at Carmen Commercial Real Estate as a Real Estate Consultant from 2002 to 2003 and at Officeworks as an Account Executive from 2000 to 2002.

Aszure Gray obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Indiana University Bloomington from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Bishop Chatard High School from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including CFS Certified from The Predictive Index in March 2014, PI Practitioner from The Predictive Index in July 2005, and PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index in March 2019.
