Matea Smlatić

Matea Smlatić began their work experience as a Recruitment Consultant at posao.hr in April 2018, where they worked until September 2018. Matea then joined MojPosao (Tau on-line d.o.o.) as a Junior Recruitment Consultant in January 2019 and was promoted to the role of Recruitment Consultant in August 2021. Matea currently holds this position.

Matea Smlatić pursued their education at the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb. Matea completed their Bachelor's Degree from 2011 to 2015. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Management from the same institution. Currently, they are attending the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb and is expected to complete their University Specialist degree in Human Resource Management by 2023.
