Kishan Aswath

Kishan Aswath is the Co-Founder & CEO at Mojro Technologies. Kishan has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked with some of the leading companies in India. Kishan started their career as a Senior Developer with Tata Infotech Ltd, before moving on to MindTree Ltd, where they spent 11 years as Delivery Owner for Multiple Accounts. In this role, they were responsible for Technical Leadership for multiple projects, and achieved key successes such as designing & developing a reusable JMS framework for interfacing between an Online Trading Platform & National Stock Exchange, and Design & Development of a Proxy server that interfaces between the Travel agent client application and GDS (Mainframe) host for all Travel related dealings.

In December 2011, Kishan joined Happiest Minds Technologies as Head of Enterprise Architecture Group - Digital Transformation, where they led a team of highly experienced Engineers for a Product company and was responsible for multiple product lines. Kishan defined an Agile methodology for geographically distributed teams for seamless 24x7 engineering activities, and solved multiple critical performance issues in the product.

Kishan is an expert in Enterprise Architecture, Software Development, Agile Methodologies, and IT Infrastructure. Kishan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mangalore University.

Kishan Aswath completed their BE in Electronics & Communication from the University of Mysore. Kishan then pursued a DAC in Advanced Computing from C-DAC. Kishan is also a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
