Pierre-Etienne Bidon is a co-founder at moka.care. Prior to that, they were a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2016 to December 2019. There, they worked on strategy consulting for leading players in banking, insurance, transport, cosmetics, telcos, pharmacy, consumer goods and private equity. Pierre-Etienne has worked on a broad range of topics from growth strategy to organization, market segmentation, mergers and acquisition, due diligence and project management. The geographies they have covered include France, Europe and China. Some of the projects they have worked on include re-inventing customer experience of a European bank on the basis of Fintechs innovations, defining new operating model for a European leading insurance company and conducting overseas due diligence for a leading specialty pharmaceutical company. Prior to their work at The Boston Consulting Group, Pierre-Etienne Bidon was an account manager at L'Oréal from September 2014 to August 2015.

Pierre-Etienne Bidon has a Master in management from ESCP Business School, a Licence 3 de droit from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master europeo en administracion de empresas from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
