Ján Predanocy

Ján Predanocy has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Ján worked at Lidl Slovenská republika, v.o.s. in various roles such as Regional Manager, Training Manager, and Head of Supply Chain. In 2016, they joined Lidl US as a Regional Supply Chain Director. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Head of Retail Sales & Operations at Slovnaft. Currently, they are the Head of Group Retail Sales & Operations at MOL Group since January 2023.

Ján Predanocy obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Trencianska univerzita Alexandra Dubceka v Trencíne. Ján studied at the university from 2000 to 2005.
