Tamás Ládi

Tamás Ládi serves as a Service & CX Design Lead at Digital Factory since April 2025, focusing on customer journey mapping and ensuring high-quality user experiences. Additionally, Tamás is a Service & CX Design Lead and Product Owner for MOL Group's B2C Loyalty Program, overseeing feature development and project management. Previous experience includes co-founding MAXELLCO, where Tamás managed web and mobile app development projects, and serving as Head of Product at Next Earth, a blockchain-based metaverse project. As the Founder and CEO of RNDL, a mobile app studio, Tamás provided white-label solutions for various industries. Early career roles include account and brand management at Shopbox, UI/UX design at Hanko Medico, and creative direction at BBG Films. Tamás holds a BA Top-Up in Product Development and Integrative Technology and has an AP in Multimedia Design & Communication.
