Viktor Kovalcsuk

Viktor Kovalcsuk is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Downstream Value Chain Assessment and Long-term Planning at MOL Group since March 2017, while also holding the position of Senior M&A Project Manager focusing on retail and new areas. Prior to this role, Kovalcsuk was the Head of the Operational Excellence Office at Telenor Magyarország from January 2016 to March 2017, where responsibilities included driving operational excellence and fostering a continuous improvement mindset. Kovalcsuk previously worked at MOL Group in various capacities from September 2009 to December 2015, including Head of E&P Management Services, where support for E&P initiatives and project management played a key role. Early career experience includes working as an Analyst/Consultant at Capitol Consulting Group from October 2007 to September 2009, specializing in management consulting projects. Kovalcsuk holds an MSC in Corporate Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest and additional education from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USC Marshall School of Business, and ESSCA.
