Carol Simmonds

Carol Simmonds has extensive experience in archaeology, primarily at MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) from January 2014 to the present, where roles have included Project Officer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Supervisor, overseeing daily site operations and managing larger excavation projects. Prior experience includes serving as Project Supervisor and Assistant Project Supervisor at Northamptonshire Archaeology from 2006 to 2014, and roles as CAD technician and illustrator for various archaeological projects, including work with Dr. Harold Mytum at the University of York. Carol holds a BA (Hons) in Archaeology from the University of York and is currently pursuing two Master of Arts degrees in History and History (Medieval Studies) at the University of Birmingham.
