Elizabeth L Knox is a skilled academic and practitioner in the fields of archaeology and osteology with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Short Course Lecturer at The University of Sheffield, Elizabeth creates course content and teaches human skeletal anatomy and archaeology. Concurrently, Elizabeth works as a Researcher PhD Student and has held various roles at MOLA, including Human Osteologist and Senior Osteologist, where responsibilities included the analysis and excavation of human remains across various projects. Additional experience includes teaching positions at Wrexham Glyndŵr University and the Natural History Museum, alongside a long-standing commitment to disaster recovery with Kenyon International Emergency Services. Elizabeth holds a PhD Studentship in Archaeology from The University of Sheffield and advanced degrees in Forensic Archaeology and Archaeology from Bournemouth University and The Australian National University.
