Dear Frans Lyandre Simanjorang

Dear Frans Lyandre Simanjorang currently serves as a QC End-User Field Monitoring professional at Mola since January 2024, responsible for identifying and reporting issues within the Mola application and other related businesses. Previously, in July and August 2023, Dear Frans worked as a Business Development Consultant at Hiya Voice Chat, focusing on team management, competitive product research, and trade union follow-ups. Prior to that, from August 2021 to November 2022, a role as QC Content Agent was held at Shopee, overseeing the quality control of videos on the Shopee Video platform. Earlier experience includes a position as an Enumerator at Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Brondong in June and July 2017, where data regarding fishermen's catches was recorded and submitted to the Directorate General of Capture Fisheries. Dear Frans holds a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Science and Management from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in 2019.
