Aditya Pratama

Aditya Pratama is a seasoned professional with a robust background in communication, sales strategy, and operations management within the automotive and insurance industries. Currently serving as Head of Communication - Training and People Development and Deputy General Manager - UCR Sales and Ops at Moladin since June 2022, Aditya has successfully expanded partnerships with used car dealers across Indonesia while managing business processes and supporting sales teams. Previous roles include significant positions at Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia, PT Bussan Auto Finance, PT Bima Multi Finance, and PT Mega Central Finance, where responsibilities ranged from manpower management and campaign development to operational support and policy formulation. Aditya holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of Gunadarma, obtained in 2009.
