Blair Krauter

Blair Krauter, P.Eng. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They currently serve as the Director of Global Aftermarket & LATAM Sales at Mold-Masters Limited since June 2022. Prior to this, Blair held the position of Director, Business Development - Americas at the same company from January 2020 to June 2022. From November 2017 to January 2020, Blair served as the Director of Engineering at Mold-Masters Limited.

Before joining Mold-Masters, Blair worked at Nynas AB as a Sales Manager for the USA & Canada from July 2014 to November 2017. They also served as a Sales Executive for the same company from October 2012 to June 2014.

Blair also has experience working at Synventive Molding Solutions as the Director of Commercial/Industrial Sales from June 2010 to June 2012. In this role, Blair led a sales team, implemented a geographical strategy, and achieved new customer acquisition.

From June 2009 to June 2010, Blair worked as the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Metform International. In this role, they led a sales and marketing team, developed a new marketing strategy, and focused efforts on profitable products.

Blair's work experience also includes roles at Husky Injection Molding Systems, where they served as a Business Development Manager for Metal Systems from October 2008 to February 2009. They also worked as a General Manager for Machines Luxembourg from October 2006 to September 2008, a Business Manager for Automotive from November 2005 to September 2006, a Sales Manager for Large Tonnage Machines from August 2002 to October 2005, a Product Manager for Machines from November 2000 to July 2002, and a Project Engineer for Machines from October 1997 to October 2000.

Lastly, Blair worked at Pinnacle Automation Canada as a Project Manager from July 1994 to September 1997. In this role, they provided layouts, cost estimates, and installation of storage and retrieval equipment.

Blair Krauter, P.Eng. obtained a B.A.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 1989 and 1994. Additionally, Blair Krauter pursued studies in Management II at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
