Scott Ketterer

In 1978 Mr. Ketterer began his career in the industry with US Plastic Coatings Corp. After his initial 4 years, he opted to join a mechanical and electrical contractor for 3 years. In 1986, he rejoined US Plastic Coatings as a shop foreman and helped grow the company from less than $ 1 million to over $ 2.3 million in 6 years without adding any additional employees and by successfully implementing automation built in house by Scott and developing other efficiencies. In 2002, Mr. Ketterer purchased US Plastic Coatings Corp. and grew the business further again and into one of the highest sales per employee molding businesses in the USA. In December of 2012 US Plastic Coatings Corp. was purchased by MDI and Mr. Ketterer now manages MDI’s dip molding and coating as President.
