Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Technical Sales Manager at Molded Dimensions Group since March 2022, Dylan previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at General Plastics Mfg. Co., where significant contributions included developing and optimizing manufacturing processes in an AS9100 environment. Additional experience encompasses mentoring undergraduate design teams at the Johnson Space Center and participating in a prestigious NASA design challenge as a competitor, showcasing expertise in engineering design, project management, and effective communication within high-stakes environments. Educational credentials include a degree from Grand Valley State University and an associate’s degree from Northwestern Michigan College.
