Tom Churchward

Tom Churchward is the Head of Learning and Talent Development at Mole Valley Farmers since April 2021, where responsibilities include talent identification, employee performance, and organizational capability building. Previously, Tom held roles including Learning and Development Manager at Mole Valley Farmers, and Early Careers Manager at EDF Energy, overseeing Graduate and Apprentice schemes. Tom also has experience as a Learning and Development Consultant and Training and Development Specialist at EDF Energy, delivering leadership programs. Tom’s career began as a DJ and included a role as Term Debt Advisor at EDF (UK). Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Exeter, along with a CIPD L&D Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development.
