Svetlana Yedreshteyn

Svetlana Yedreshteyn, Psy.D., is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management Learning and Development at Cross River since October 2023. Prior to this role, Svetlana led Organizational Development and Learning at OneMain Financial from January 2021 to October 2023 and was the Director of Learning and Development at Invesco Ltd. from June 2019 to December 2020.
