Chris Frank

Director of Sales, Americas at Molecula

Chris leads all sales-related activities for the Americas at Molecula. Born and raised in New Jersey, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Rider University.

Throughout his 20+ year career in enterprise software sales, Chris gained diverse experience as both an individual contributor and in leadership roles for sales, presales, post-sales, support, and executive advisory. Prior to joining Molecula, he was part of the team at CA Technologies (acquired by Broadcom) and most recently Delphix. His time in these various roles allowed him to garner a well-balanced view of best practices to operate an organization that attracts, impresses, and retains valued customers.

Chris is passionate about creating a success-oriented environment, coaching, mentoring, and building top-notch teams. Cultivating personal relationships and ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome has been the cornerstone of his philosophy. He strives to lead by example and help those around him to realize their full potential.
