Johannes Pschorr has a solid work experience in the field of life sciences. Johannes began their career in 1992 as a Postdoc at The University of Göttingen, where they stayed until 1994. Johannes then joined Evotec, where they worked as a Lab Head and Project Manager from February 1994 to September 1998. After that, they became the Group Leader and Head of New Technologies Biology at Evotec from October 1998 to December 2002. From January 2003 to May 2006, Johannes worked as a Consultant in Life Sciences. In May 2006, they joined Molecular Devices as a European Applications Scientist for Drug Discovery & BioResearch, and later became the Senior European Application Scientist for BioDiscovery in July 2018. Johannes continues to hold this position.
Johannes Pschorr began their education in 1981 at the Technical University of Munich, where they obtained their High School Diploma (Dipl. Univ.) in Biology in 1987. From 1987 to 1989, they attended the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Martinsried, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree during this period. Finally, from 1989 to 1992, Johannes pursued a PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry at The University of Göttingen.
