Eric P. began their career in 1990 as the Founder and CEO of BindView, a systems and security management company. In 1998, they took the company public and sold it to Symantec for more than $200 million in 2006. In 2006, they founded Lightbulb Technology Partners, Inc., an outsourced software development shop, which they sold to GlobalLogic in 2008. In 2011, they co-founded RedFlag Software, Inc., a free application for parents to monitor and protect their kids on Facebook. The application was shut down in 2015. In 2008, they founded SmartVault Corporation, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service online document management and secure client portal solutions. In 2018, they became the President & CEO of MolecularMatch, a company at which they were an early investor. MolecularMatch is a "Molecular Google" which uses AI to match cancer patients with targeted therapies and clinical trials.
Eric P. attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BA in Physics and Humanities. Eric also attended St. John's School, and completed the YPO Harvard 2012 program.
