Federica Sgariglia, PhD has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and consulting industries. Federica is currently the Director of New Product Planning at Molecular Partners since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Associate Director of New Product Planning at the same company from September 2020 to April 2023. Before joining Molecular Partners, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Blue Matter from October 2018 to September 2020. Federica also has experience as a Consultant and Associate Consultant at Clarion Healthcare from January 2018 to September 2018, and from September 2016 to December 2017, respectively. Federica Sgariglia, PhD, has an extensive education history spanning from high school to a doctoral degree. In 1997, they obtained a High School Degree from Liceo Scientifico. Federica then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna from 2001 to 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Università di Bologna. Continuing their academic journey, Federica pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human/Medical Genetics at Sapienza Università di Roma, completing it in 2011. Through these experiences, they have gained expertise in various fields, such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical biotechnology, and human/medical genetics.
