Nicolas Hochuli

Nicolas Hochuli has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on Total Rewards. Nicolas is currently working at Molecular Partners as the Head of Total Rewards/HRBP. Prior to this, they worked independently as an HR/Total Rewards Consultant from 2020 to 2022. Nicolas also served as the HR International Lead at Blueprint Medicines from 2019 to 2020 and held senior positions at TESARO, Inc. as the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards and Director of Total Rewards International. Nicolas has also worked as an Independent Consultant, Director of Total Rewards International at Cubist Pharmaceuticals, and in various HR roles at Celgene, SGS, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and Stryker. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in compensation and benefits management, HR operations, and business partnering.

Nicolas Hochuli completed their Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Université de Neuchâtel between 1997 and 2002.
