Hector Bandera's work experience includes a role as a Research Associate at Molecular Templates, where they focused on Upstream Bioproduction of Engineered Toxin Bodies (ETBs) on a bench-scale level for Preclinical Trials. Hector had experience with E. coli based fermentations and chromatography techniques for yield/purity analyses. Prior to this, they worked as a Laboratory Research Assistant for Dr. Sean Kerwin at Texas State University, where they conducted research on G-Triplex DNA using techniques such as in silco to in vitro ligand docking, FRET spectroscopy, and Native Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
