Kogan Bao

Kogan Bao has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. In 2002, they worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Stanford University. From 2003 to 2013, they served as a Sr. Scientist at Allergan, where they managed a group of scientists and professionals and was responsible for planning and executing analytical research activities. Kogan joined Amgen in 2013 as an Analytical Similarity Leader, and then moved on to Oncobiologics Inc. in 2016, where they served as Vice President of Analytical Sciences. In 2017, they joined Adello Biologics, LLC as an SVP Biosimilar Development, and in 2019, they joined Intas Pharmaceuticals as the Vice President of Biosimilar Product Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Biopharmaceutical Development at Molecular Templates since 2020.

Kogan Bao received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1987 to 1991. Later on, from 1996 to 2002, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology at Oregon State University.
