Mike Baron

Mike Baron has been working in human resources for over 20 years. Mike started their career at Fred Meyer, where they worked for 19 years before moving on to Micropump and then Glen Dimplex Americas. Mike is currently the human resource manager at Molecular Testing Labs. Throughout their career, Mike has been responsible for coordinating and managing human resources activities. Mike has experience in all aspects of human resources, from recruiting and hiring to benefits and payroll. Mike is a highly effective communicator and has a proven track record of resolving conflict and building strong relationships with employees. Mike is committed to creating a positive work environment where employees can thrive.
