Paul Swegle

Paul Swegle serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Molecular Testing Labs, CareXM, Observa, Chapterly, Routora, Vincerix, and Hello Practice, managing legal and compliance matters while supporting each company's strategic goals. In addition to their corporate roles, Paul Swegle is an adjunct law professor at Seattle University School of Law and Gonzaga University School of Law, where teachings focus on counseling startups and corporate law. Paul Swegle also founded the Business Law Seminar Group, a consultancy and seminar provider. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
