Jaspreet Dhau

Jaspreet Dhau is an accomplished professional in research and development, currently serving as the Vice President of R&D at Molekule since June 2022, where R&D capabilities were established from the ground up. Previous roles at Molekule included Sr. Director and Head of R&D, as well as Director of R&D. Jaspreet has an extensive academic background, having served as an Assistant Professor at Florida Polytechnic University, teaching various subjects, and conducting research on thermal energy storage, lithiation chemistry, and green chemistry. Additional experience includes a Research Scientist position at the University of South Florida, where a novel encapsulation process for phase change materials was invented, and prior roles in academia and industry, focusing on product development and technology commercialization. Jaspreet holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Panjab University and dual Master's degrees in Inorganic Chemistry and Business Administration.
