Joel Brassfield

Joel Brassfield is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Sr Engineering Lead for Advanced Development at Molex since December 2022. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions at Milwaukee Tool, including Senior Principal Electrical Engineer and Senior Project Leader, from September 2021 to January 2023. Joel's extensive experience at Texas Instruments spanned over two decades, where Joel served as a Design Manager, leading a team of seven in power module design, and as a Design Engineer focused on non-isolated DC-DC power modules and converters. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Purdue University Northwest between 1997 and 2000.
