Katie Pelham Fazioli

Katie Pelham Fazioli is an experienced professional in change management and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of the Change & Adoption Center of Expertise at Molex since February 2021. Prior to this role, Katie held positions at Capital One as a Human Resources Consultant and Manager of the Change Management Office, contributing from September 2016 to February 2021.
