Vicki Grochowski

Vicki Grochowski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the HR Director for the Americas Region at Molex Incorporated since August 2006. With over two decades of experience in human resources, Vicki previously held the position of HR Director at Andrew Corporation from 1980 to 2005 and worked as an HR Consultant for International Truck/Navistar for a year. Additionally, Vicki contributed as a Board Member of the GWLF Advisory Board from 2009 to 2013. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
