Peter Pialis

Peter Pialis is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Airborn Flexible Circuits, a division of Molex. With a strong background in electronics manufacturing, Peter holds both a B.A.Sc. and an M.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto. They have over 20 years of experience across various industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer electronics, and are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Peter has successfully led teams in implementing quality management systems and driving process improvements that significantly increased yield and reduced customer complaints.
