Kathleen Hurley

Katie Hurley is the Chief Executive Officer of Moley Magnetics, Inc., a position held since December 2022. Previously, Katie served as Vice President of Digital Strategy and Innovation at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, where responsibilities included overseeing the digital experience and leading strategies to enhance consumer engagement. Katie also held leadership roles at BlueCross BlueShield, including Director of Strategic Human Resources Business Partner, managing a team that supported 1,200 employees and advising executive leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Catholic Health System, where Katie participated in contract negotiations and arbitrations. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
