Amanda Arnwine, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development & Talent Management at Molina Healthcare since April 2020, where responsibilities include developing and implementing organizational development strategies and driving change management practices. Prior to Molina Healthcare, Amanda worked as a Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Advantage Solutions from March 2019 to March 2020, and as Talent Development Manager at Behr Process Corporation from July 2016 to March 2019, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and performance management. Amanda's earlier roles include Manager of Learning & Organization Development at Exemplis Corporation and Training Director at Mohawk Industries, where significant contributions included enhancing training programs and achieving a substantial ranking improvement. Amanda holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS from Remington College.
