Beth Ungar

Beth Ungar is an experienced HRIS professional with a strong background in human resources information systems and operations. Most recently serving as Associate Vice President of HRIS at Molina Healthcare from September 2021 to April 2024, Beth has previously held key positions such as Director of HRIS and HR Operations. Prior roles include HRIS Manager at CentraCare Health and various positions at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities ranged from Associate Director to HRIS Manager and Business Analyst Consultant. Additionally, Beth's career began at U.S. Bank as an HRIS Systems Analyst and included early experience as an Accounting Manager for the Minnesota Twins.
