Edward Mohr

Edward Mohr is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in healthcare finance and corporate development. As Regional Chief Financial Officer at Molina Healthcare, Edward was responsible for financial activities in health plans with over $1 billion in annual premium revenue, overseeing financial reporting and operational analytics. Previously, as Vice President of Corporate Development and Capital Structure, Edward led significant acquisitions in the healthcare sector. Edward's background includes roles at Henry Schein, where leadership in global M&A activities was pivotal for the Medical and Animal Health sectors; Credit Suisse, as Director of Leveraged Finance for the healthcare sector; and UBS Investment Bank, overseeing strategic M&A and financing for healthcare clients. Edward holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and two M.A. degrees in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
