Jezreel Ramirez

Jezreel Ramirez is a USMC veteran with extensive experience in organizational leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Grants Plus since June 2023, Jezreel also holds the position of Founding Pastor at Newland Church Phoenix, focusing on spiritual guidance and community outreach. Previous roles include One Stop Operator at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., Human Resources Business Consultant at Mattloc HR Consulting, and Skilled Trades Coordinator at Workrise. Jezreel has managed various community programs while working with the Arizona Department of Veterans' Services and Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting veterans and enhancing employment opportunities. Education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University, a Veterans at Work Certificate from Psycharmor Institute, and certification as a Salesforce Administrator.
