Joe B. is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on cybersecurity and compliance. Currently serving as the IT Director for IT Security & Compliance at Molina Healthcare since March 2012, Joe B. leads the Cyber Security program to ensure adherence to HIPAA Security, SOX, and various State and Federal regulations. Previously, Joe B. worked as a Messaging Consultant for Kaiser Permanente IT and as a Senior Information Security Analyst at American Honda Motor Co., contributing to security enhancements and compliance audits. Joe B. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Security from Western Governors University and has obtained multiple relevant certifications and degrees in computer and information technology from reputable institutions.
