Lawrence Anderson

Lawrence Anderson is the current EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Molina Healthcare. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Board Secretary at Meduit from March 2017 to December 2018. Meduit is a national leader in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). Created from a simultaneous private equity group’s purchase of two RCM companies in March of 2017, Meduit has since been heavily involved in integration and subsequent acquisitions. The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for human resources, communications, compliance and integration planning oversight.

Anderson's previous company was WellCare, where they served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer from January 2010 to December 2016. At WellCare, they led the Human Resources function as the company was entering a Corporate Integrity Agreement and repositioning itself for growth. This required a culture and leadership transformation that ultimately contributed to doubling the size of the company, delivering substantially improved financial results and improving HR services and products. Key elements of the transformation included significant improvements to organization design, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement and retention.

Lawrence Anderson earned their Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Lawrence also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Lawrence Anderson reports to Joseph Zubretsky, President & CEO. They work with Mark Keim - EVP, Chief Financial Officer, Marc Russo - EVP, Medicaid Health Plans, and Mike P Wilson - SVP, Chief Security Officer.
