Lisa Johnston

Lisa Johnston, RN, BSN, CCM has a rich work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa started their career at Anthem in 2005, where they held various managerial roles, leading teams of nurse case managers and certified case managers. Lisa achieved significant accomplishments, including reducing turnover and receiving top scores for associate engagement and manager effectiveness. Lisa later joined Humana in 2016 as the Director of Care Management, responsible for clinical functions within the Medicaid and Medicare Product. Lisa then moved to Magellan Health in 2018, where they served as the Sr. Director of Care Coordination and later became the Vice President of Health Services. Currently, Lisa is working at Molina Healthcare as the AVP of Healthcare Services, and they have recently been promoted to the role of VP of Healthcare Services. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership and clinical expertise, contributing to the success of each organization they have worked with.

Lisa Johnston obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, between 1997 and 1999, they attended Riverside School of Professional Nursing, where they completed a program in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Lisa later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, starting in 2018. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Lisa holds a certification in Case Management, which they obtained from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) in September 2013.
