Nicole Basham

Nicole Basham currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Passport by Molina since October 2024 and holds the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Health Plan Operations at Molina Healthcare since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Anthem from May 2014 to November 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, and Executive Advisor, along with serving as Associate Vice President of Cost Containment at Amerigroup from September 2007 to April 2014. At Amerigroup, leadership encompassed managing a 100-person operation and multiple external vendors to enhance cost recovery efforts for Medicaid and Medicare. Nicole's career began at Trover Solutions in December 1990, where significant achievements included overseeing financial auditing and cost containment initiatives for a large portfolio of clients. Nicole Basham holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, complemented by prior education at the University of Louisville.
