Paula Mathis

Paula Mathis is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Improvement at Molina Healthcare since May 2019, Paula previously held the position of Director of Quality and Compliance at Heart of Ohio Family Health from March 2017 to May 2019. Paula's earlier role at Express Scripts from December 1993 to June 2016 as Director of Pharmacy Quality Management provided a strong foundation in quality oversight within the healthcare sector. Paula holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health and Medical Assisting Services from Indiana University Bloomington.
