Srinivasarao (SRINI) Batchu is an accomplished data architect and leader with extensive experience in solution architecture, data governance, and cloud technologies. Currently serving as AVP - Chief Architect and Head of Data Governance at Molina Healthcare since June 2022, SRINI specializes in Databricks and Azure platform engineering, cloud migration, and data security management. Prior to this role, SRINI held the position of Director at Evernorth Health Services, achieving significant improvements in data security, operational efficiency, and SLA compliance. Previously, SRINI served as an Executive Advisor at Anthem, Inc., where contributions included developing BI strategies and implementing data governance frameworks. With a career beginning as a Senior Database Architect at Nationwide, SRINI has consistently demonstrated expertise in ETL processes, data integration, and performance tuning across various organizations, supported by a strong educational background including a Master's in Data Science from Northwestern University and a certification in Software Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University.
