Vijay Parthasarathy

Vijay Parthasarathy has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Vijay started their career as an Intern at Parkdale Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2001. Vijay went on to work as an Engineer in Simulation at Ford Motor Company and later joined Lear Corporation as an Engineer in Project and Manufacturing. In 2006, they returned to Ford Motor Company as an Engineer in Business Analytics. In 2009, they transitioned to Premier Farnell as a Manager in Inventory Management and Reporting. In 2012, they joined Ernst & Young as a Manager in Advisory Services. Vijay then moved to Centene Corporation in 2014 and held positions such as Senior Manager in Analytics and Reporting and Director in Analytics and Reporting. Currently, they are working at Molina Healthcare, where they have held roles including Director in Finance and Analytics, Regional Director in Finance and Analytics, and Assistant Vice President in Finance and Analytics. In this role, they focus on areas such as health plan financial planning, advanced analytics, population health risk analytics, and value-based contract modeling. Vijay also has expertise in revenue management, financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Additionally, they have experience in enterprise data strategy and designing analytics solutions using PowerBI and Tableau.

Vijay Parthasarathy pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production Engineering from the University of Madras, completing it from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University between the years 2000 and 2002. Later on, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they successfully earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategy and Finance.
