Victor Almgren

Victor Almgren has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Their career began in 2003 when they were hired as a Production Manager at MacLean-Fogg. In 2005 they were promoted to Product Line Manager and Engineering Manager at the same company. In 2008 they moved to a General Manager role at MacLean-Fogg. In 2010 they became the General Manager at Plitek. In 2012 they were hired as the Reel to Reel General Manager at Precision Plating Company. In 2013 they were promoted to Vice President of Operations at Clysar LLC. Since 2016 they have been the President and CEO of Moline Forge, Inc., a leading producer of metal products for the Agriculture and Transportation markets.

Victor Almgren's education history includes a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a MS in Engineering from Dartmouth College from 1994 to 1996 and an AB in Engineering from Dartmouth College from 1990 to 1994. Victor also attended Ridgefield High School from 1986 to 1990.
